Return & Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To start a return, email vatechvision@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.

Once we receive your return and confirm it is unused and in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at vatechvision@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem, and we will help to put it right.
